Warren Sands has been in the gas station development business since 1989, specializing in the “ground up” development of modern gasoline station / convenience store facilities. These services include: site acquisition, land use modification, developmental review, planning, permitting, plan processing, and complete construction services.
Through the years, Mr. Sands has directed the development of over 60 stations from Florida City to Port Saint Lucie on the east coast and to Sarasota on the west coast.
