THE COMPANY

INSECO was incorporated in 1968 and started operations on March 1, 1969. Original name was, and still is, INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS & EQUIPMENT CO., INC.(INSECO)

INSECO owns and occupies a ten thousand (10,000) square foot building at Dr. Julia Industrial Development, in Puerto Rico. Of this, approximately twenty five hundred (2,500) square feet are taken up by a two-story office area.

Company activities are both as Manufacturer's Representatives, where orders for equipment and machinery are custom-processed by its principals, and as Distributors, where inventories are maintained.

Company operations are fully computerized, including inventory, accounting and sales activities.

OUR DEPARTMENTS

 Our departments are clearly organized to serve your specific needs:

Technical Sales, which is staffed by graduate engineers who cover the Island of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean by regions. They serve Industry, as well as Consulting Engineers, by offering expert technical support in chemical/mechanical/pharmaceutical/biotech processes, and perform in-depth product and operational evaluations, with the clearly defined objective of finding the optimal solutions for your specific requirements. With the cooperation of our Principals, in-depth seminars are continuously offered at your plants to train your production and maintenance personnel in the proper operation and servicing of the equipment.

Operations, where trained and efficient personnel utilize the latest in computer technology, with direct and instant computer access to our principals' data banks, in order to minimize acquisition costs and maximize product availability. Here your orders are rapidly processed, inventory control is precisely maintained, you are advised of order or availability status, and support is provided to our Technical Sales group.
Evidence of the high degree of efficiency and reliability of Inseco's operations is the fact that we have been audited and certified by several of Puerto Rico's major pharmaceutical manufacturers as part of their CGMP requirements.

Field Service, where factory-trained and certified personnel promptly - and reliably - attend to your in-plant repair and/or periodic maintenance needs. Spare Parts requests are also processed via this group.
